Robust project management skills, history of leading cross-functional teams and overseeing projects from inception to completion
Strategic thinking to align product applications with overarching business goals and objectives. Strong commercial acumen with a resolute results-focused approach
Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills. Communicate complex technical information with clarity and conciseness. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, championing continuous improvement initiatives
What the job involves
Boost revenue for the nominated product line by enhancing utilisation and capital productivity in line with budget targets. Ensure new products meet expected revenue and growth projections
Facilitate growth in new markets and increase market share in mature markets. Implement best practices for growth and build team confidence. Actively engage in the sales opportunity pipeline and contribute expertise to significant or strategic commercial opportunities
Validate, educate, and explain how our products drive maximum revenue and business in specific applications. Identify and avoid low-return areas. Collaborate with internal teams to support application development and execution, including customer-facing development of ideas
Review customer feedback, operational challenges, and product reliability to ensure product and solution longevity
Identify and eliminate barriers to product revenue, addressing both operational and sales readiness. Ensure product compliance and collaborate with internal teams to drive product revenue and influence new product development and business change processes. Engage in QHSE activities to identify gaps or regulations that may impact business operations
