Who you are

  • Proven sales track record carrying a quota in mid-market sales offering complex business solutions
  • Strong sales process and account planning skills (TAS, Value-Based Selling)
  • Strong executive selling and relationship experience
  • Proven track record in managing and growing global accounts
  • Channel sales experience
  • Native or Full Professional in Swedish Fluency
  • Fluent in English

What the job involves

  • Expand new business and renewals in key accounts to meet/exceed financial and business objectives
  • Develop business plans, evaluate customer profiles, create value messaging, and target key steps for account plans
  • Build relationships within accounts, translating customer challenges into unique business value
  • Manage accounts through sales processes, from development to post-sales support
  • Partner with channel partners to understand their business and drive new revenue
  • Provide regular feedback to product, industry, and marketing teams to identify strengths and areas of improvement
  • Negotiate deals at various levels, focusing on “C” and enterprise-level negotiations
  • Help develop success reference stories
