Who you are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Travel 50% within assigned territory
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Previous SaaS sales experience desirable
What the job involves
- Close new business and renewals in Construction/Architecture/Engineering/Manufacturing accounts to exceed goals
- Manage renewals with a focus on expansion
- Create and grow opportunity pipeline within accounts
- Document and follow up in sales system using methodology
- Manage accounts through sales process and post-sale customer success engagement
- Physically visit customer locations for business development and negotiations
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business
- Partner with channel partners to increase revenue and expand customer base
- Negotiate deals and contracts at different levels within accounts
- Identify win/win situations for customers
