Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with wound care expertise and experience
- Life science business clinical nurse degree or relevant experience preferred
- Clinical or sales experience with wound care solutions products
- Ability to manage key accounts and opportunities through professional customer relationship management
- Current valid driver's license
- Legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce

Day to day
- Execute Solventum's value proposition for the Wound Care Portfolio and drive formulary inclusions across large ICSs
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key decision makers and department leaders across clinical and procurement functions
- Create and execute a business plan to prioritize account calls activities penetration and product use
