Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in technical writing assessment development educational publishing test preparation instructional design curriculum development or a closely related field
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines track progress and deliver high-volume work accurately
- Strong collaboration and written communication skills with the ability to incorporate feedback
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in English Creative Writing Communications Journalism Education Psychology or related discipline preferred
- Experience developing assessment content and working in structured review workflows preferred
- Familiarity with style guides and consistent formatting preferred

Day to day
- Write, edit, and proofread exam items from source material to assess job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Revise and finalize exam forms answer keys and supporting documentation through structured review workflows
- Collaborate with project managers subject-matter experts and reviewers to keep high-stakes assessment projects accurate on schedule and defensible
