Requirements
- Good understanding of Continuous Integration systems
- Experience in Web Services Architecture and Implementation
- Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD and/or GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of Python and Python Web frameworks
- Familiarity with open source development methodologies
- Strong English language skills for verbal and written communication
- Ability to work effectively in a fully distributed online environment

Day to day
- Collaborate to develop and enhance Test Infrastructure efforts
- Integrate Open Source Continuous Integration and Automated Testing systems
- Monitor and improve existing Continuous Integration systems
- Understand client needs and align with Open Source best practices
- Define technical approach/architecture and maintain documentation
- Make technical decisions aligned with project strategy
- Lead and represent within the Open Source community
- Act as primary technical contact for client calls
- Own estimation process and write technical proposals
- Represent at conferences to showcase Open Source leadership
