- Collaborate to develop and enhance Test Infrastructure efforts
- Integrate Open Source Continuous Integration and Automated Testing systems
- Monitor and improve existing Continuous Integration systems
- Understand client needs and align with Open Source best practices
- Define technical approach/architecture and maintain documentation
- Make technical decisions aligned with project strategy
- Lead and represent within the Open Source community
- Act as primary technical contact for client calls
- Own estimation process and write technical proposals
- Represent at conferences to showcase Open Source leadership
