Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in test planning test scenario design test execution monitoring and reporting
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies processes and best practices
- Experience using manual testing and test management tools such as Jira Jama Microsoft Test Manager Rational Quality Manager or Client ALM
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC
- Experience managing the complete defect lifecycle including creation tracking prioritization and resolution
- Ability to analyze test results against functional requirements and expected outcomes
- Experience with test data management and coordinating test data across multiple teams
- Ability to establish and maintain traceability between business requirements test cases and defects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn new applications business processes and technologies
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing UAT
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Ability to identify communicate and mitigate testing risks and issues
- Experience working with multiple workstreams while managing competing priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within cross-functional project teams

Day to day
- Plans and designs detailed test strategies to ensure applications meet business and functional requirements.
- Executes manual testing, manages defects through resolution, and validates system functionality across multiple project phases.
- Collaborates closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to support UAT and deliver high-quality outcomes.
