What the job involves

• Managing the founder’s email inbox, categorising action items, and drafting appropriate responses
• Auditing, reviewing, and checking activities throughout the company
• Tracking progress and status of different tasks, issues, activities, and people
• Conducting research on new topics, companies, or contacts to provide background for decisions or meetings
• Managing and coordinating cross-functional projects, including timelines and deadlines, and reporting to the CEO
• Supporting daily and weekly tasks across various departments including accounting and marketing
• Creating and publishing content in the company's systems
• Supporting personal research and tasks for the CEO
