Requirements
- 10+ years of compensation experience with deep executive compensation and equity design knowledge
- Strong understanding of executive compensation structures including bonuses RSUs and equity plans
- Solid analytical skills with hands-on experience in financial modeling equity scenarios and long-term incentive planning
- Experience advising senior stakeholders on sensitive or complex compensation conversations
- Good understanding of market practices governance and regulatory considerations related to executive compensation and equity
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with ability to build models from scratch
- Experience working with HRIS and compensation planning tools
- Proactive ownership-driven mindset with ability to set priorities and drive work independently
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Clear communication and presentation skills in English
- Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work

Day to day
- Own and continuously improve executive compensation programs including base salary annual incentives and long-term incentives
- Design manage and evolve equity programs for senior leadership including grant design allocation approaches and refresh strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on pay decisions retention strategies and complex compensation topics while partnering closely with Finance and Total Rewards
