Requirements

  • 10+ years of compensation experience with deep executive compensation and equity design knowledge
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation structures including bonuses RSUs and equity plans
  • Solid analytical skills with hands-on experience in financial modeling equity scenarios and long-term incentive planning
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders on sensitive or complex compensation conversations
  • Good understanding of market practices governance and regulatory considerations related to executive compensation and equity
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with ability to build models from scratch
  • Experience working with HRIS and compensation planning tools
  • Proactive ownership-driven mindset with ability to set priorities and drive work independently
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Clear communication and presentation skills in English
  • Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work

Day to day

  • Own and continuously improve executive compensation programs including base salary annual incentives and long-term incentives
  • Design manage and evolve equity programs for senior leadership including grant design allocation approaches and refresh strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on pay decisions retention strategies and complex compensation topics while partnering closely with Finance and Total Rewards
