Remote Trade Compliance Specialist Job in UK CompuGain

Who you are

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in export control or trade compliance
• Strong knowledge of UK Export Licensing including Trade Controls
• Good understanding of foreign import/export regulations particularly EU and US ITAR/ EAR
• Proficient in UK/EU Customs regulations
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience with SAP is desirable

What the job involves

• Oversee all matters related to UK Export control and Trade Compliance
• Ensure record keeping follows specific guidelines to comply with HMRC and DIT regulations
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate management of export control aspects of equipment and technology
• Assist in planning and conducting internal and external audits on trade compliance issues
• Provide advice and direction on adherence to internal policies and UK Export Control legislation
• Manage UK export licensing to match business requirements
• Ensure compliance with Customs Authorizations and process export notifications and documents promptly
