Who you are

• Strong understanding of financial markets with an equities focus.
• Experience with front-office applications like Bloomberg and TradeWeb.
• Hands-on technical experience in application support and ability to provide trader support.
• Well-versed in the trade lifecycle and financial instruments such as swaps and options/futures.
• Skilled in SQL/PLSQL and Unix/Linux platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.

What the job involves

• Resolve technical trading-related issues and escalate complex cases.
• Build relationships with trading groups across the US and UK.
• Communicate updates about trading infrastructure and platform issues to relevant staff.
• Automate processes to enhance efficiency and streamline trade support.
• Create and manage a knowledge base for trading solutions.
• Support and monitor the firm's internal trading systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for optimal setup and testing of trading platforms.
