Who you are

• A solid understanding of market operations and familiarity with financial literature.
• At least one year of real trading experience.
• Mastered the essential use of stop losses.
• Proven positive trading results over the past year (verification required).
• Strong emotional control, particularly the ability to manage excitement and the discipline to pause trading when necessary.
• Experience using TradingView.
• Successful speculative trading (day trading, medium-term), with readiness for aggressive trading when needed.
• Strict risk management discipline.
• A results-driven mindset.

What the job involves

• Handling client communications, processing incoming requests, and providing consultations.
• Independent trading, including managing assets under management (AUM). We welcome various strategies: scalping, day trading, medium-term trading (up to one week), and more.
• Trading on our capital in the financial markets.
• Conducting market analysis.
• Coordinating with other team members, including analysts and mentors.
