Requirements
- A solid understanding of market operations and familiarity with financial literature.
- At least one year of real trading experience.
- Mastered the essential use of stop losses.
- Proven positive trading results over the past year (verification required).
- Strong emotional control, particularly the ability to manage excitement and the discipline to pause trading when necessary.
- Experience using TradingView.
- Successful speculative trading (day trading, medium-term), with readiness for aggressive trading when needed.
- Strict risk management discipline.
- A results-driven mindset.
Day to day
- Handling client communications, processing incoming requests, and providing consultations.
- Independent trading, including managing assets under management (AUM). We welcome various strategies: scalping, day trading, medium-term trading (up to one week), and more.
- Trading on our capital in the financial markets.
- Conducting market analysis.
- Coordinating with other team members, including analysts and mentors.
