Requirements

  • Possess 1-3+ years of finance experience ideally in a middle office or fund accounting role.
  • Able to work from 7AM PST with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Economics Business or Finance.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Capability to learn enterprise-level accounting software and work with engineers to automate manual processes (preferred).

Day to day

  • Assist with the administration and execution of financial transactions.
  • Perform regular reconciliations and prepare internal reports.
  • Manage routine accounting tasks within the Fund Operations team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Fund Accounting team and report to the Fund Finance Director.
  • Participate in high-impact fund launches and daily middle office operations.
