- Experience in a similar training role within the financial services sector.
- Good technical knowledge in financial products and regulations such as pensions and investments.
- Approachable engaging communicator capable of coaching and supporting development needs.
- CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent experience preferred.

What the job involves
- You'll design and deliver engaging online training to Complaints Advisers.
- Help develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focusing on industry regulations and best practices.
- Update and create guidance ensuring procedures remain current and effective.
- Provide individual coaching and support to advisers enhancing their problem-solving abilities.
- Act as deputy for the Recruitment and Training Manager as needed.
