Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting with travel bookings and itinerary customizations.
Recommend travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences and budget. Facilitate bookings and manage reservations efficiently.
Ensure accurate travel documentation and handle any travel-related issues, including flight delays or cancellations, to minimize client disruptions. Maintain detailed records using CRM software and process payments securely.
