Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Computer Science Data Science or related field
- Master’s degree or post-graduate degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in treasury corporate finance banking operations or related finance role
- Credit union or banking experience strongly preferred
- Experience implementing automation workflow orchestration process redesign or related technology solutions
- Strong knowledge of treasury management liquidity FP&A accounting standards internal controls and regulatory expectations
- Technical fluency with data reporting or systems integration concepts
- Experience with treasury platforms forecasting tools APIs SQL Python or similar capabilities is a plus
- Experience with model governance compliance internal audit or risk management practices
- Excellent problem-solving organizational analytical verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership
- Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment while managing multiple priorities
- Trustworthy with the highest level of integrity and sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with NetSuite Workday Adaptive Planning or treasury management systems is a plus

Day to day
- Own treasury strategy, liquidity management, and financial risk management while driving automation and technology improvements across treasury operations
- Develop insightful financial and treasury reporting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and analytics to support executive decision-making and balance sheet optimization
- Lead ALM, investment portfolio management, reconciliation enhancements, governance, cross-functional projects, and team development with strong control and compliance oversight
