Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in treasury operations crypto exchange operations or blockchain asset management
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrency on-chain mechanics including hot wallets cold wallets asset consolidation and chain-level transactions
- Ability to triage multi-variable problems under time pressure and identify liquidity chain data or security issues
- Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for reconciliation and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
- High sense of responsibility and sound judgment

Day to day
- Monitor and triage daily withdrawal exceptions and resolve operational issues through cross-functional coordination.
- Manage on-chain asset liquidity across multiple blockchain networks and escalate anomalies promptly.
- Support token migration events by reconciling assets validating positions and liaising with project and business teams.
- Coordinate asset replenishment activities and maintain daily treasury reports dashboards and summaries.
