Requirements
- 2+ years experience as Business Analyst Process Analyst Treasury Analyst or similar analytical role
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to break down complex operational processes
- Experience working with large datasets and drawing meaningful conclusions
- Ability to document business requirements workflows and process documentation clearly
- Strong communication skills and ability to gather requirements from different stakeholders
- Experience conducting interviews workshops or discovery sessions with business teams
- Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to problem-solving
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including pivot tables lookups and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from analysis to implementation
- Good level of English and fluent Russian

Day to day
- Analyze current treasury processes to find improvement and automation opportunities
- Gather prioritize and document business and operational requirements from stakeholders
- Map workflows design future-state processes and support implementation with Treasury Finance Product and Engineering teams
