Who you are

• Proven experience with Microsoft Teams and Office 365 administration
• Strong knowledge of SBC configuration and management
• Experience with VoIP technologies and SIP
• Proficiency in API integration and development using Microsoft Graph API
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
• Familiarity with call recording solutions and their integration
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript is a plus
• Project management experience is a plus

What the job involves

• Configure and manage SBC's for Direct Routing with MS Teams
• Develop voice routing policies to route calls through SBC for specific users
• Integrate call recording solutions with SBC's to capture and store call recordings
• Develop tools to interface with Microsoft Teams API's and capture messaging content
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements relating to call recording and message capture
• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripts
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
