Requirements
- Outstanding commercial awareness and analytical skills comfortable using data to drive results
- Strong knowledge of the UK Gambling Industry and experience in managing CRM and promotions across Casino Sportsbook and Racing
- At least 3 years of CRM and promotions experience in the UK market
- Proven track record of delivering growth through promotion and retention strategies
- Experience with planning project management execution and evaluation against metrics
- Fluent in English with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Atlassian tools
- Experience managing gambling operations with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the UK

Day to day
- Develop and implement effective CRM strategies and campaigns to surpass company objectives and targets in the UK market
- Track and report on campaigns to drive customer satisfaction retention and revenue growth
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure seamless planning and execution
- Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns through close collaboration with the analytics team
- Develop and deliver localized personalized and targeted campaigns through various customer channels
- Establish and track KPIs for CRM program success
- Provide data-driven reports to senior stakeholders to optimize engagement and customer lifetime value
- Manage CRM workflows from initial briefs to final delivery
- Lead new implementations or improvements on existing tools and processes
- Approve all campaigns ensuring they are visually appealing and compliant with regulations
