- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 3-5 years of marketing or growth experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience with application software vendor partnerships preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

Day to day
- Works closely with key business leaders to develop and implement a marketing strategy for UKG and Dayforce capabilities.
- Embeds within the business team and serves as a member of their leadership team representing Marketing.
- Develops marketing strategies including target audiences and value propositions to support business growth goals.
- Provides inputs to the Demand Generation team to inform the strategy of demand program initiatives.
