Remote Unreal Engine Software Engineer Job in United States CompuGain

Who you are

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working on multiplayer Unreal Engine projects using both C++ and Blueprints
• Previous experience working with backend APIs and networking concepts
• Contribute to architecture, design, and technical problem discussions
• Identify dependencies and constraints in software development
• Break down tasks into smaller, well-defined tasks
• Work comfortably in a version control environment (Gitlab, Perforce, etc.)

Desirables

• Experience working on voice chat integrations
• Experience working on matchmaker integrations
• Experience working on game server integrations
• Experience with game backends using Golang, C#/.NET, Python, PHP, Ruby, Javascript
• Database experience (SQL, Document Stores, In-Memory)
• Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
