Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in sales engineering consulting or product management within customer service automation or related technologies
- Strong analytical communication problem-solving skills with a capability to engage in technical discussions with IT teams
- Experience delivering solutions and acting as a customer liaison
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Residency in the USA
Day to day
- Work closely with sales directors channel sales managers and other team members to optimize client solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Lead and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prepare scope of work documents
- Design solutions that meet customer needs and address specific pain points
