Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales engineering consulting or product management within customer service automation or related technologies
  • Strong analytical communication problem-solving skills with a capability to engage in technical discussions with IT teams
  • Experience delivering solutions and acting as a customer liaison
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Residency in the USA



What the job involves

  • Work closely with sales directors channel sales managers and other team members to optimize client solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Lead and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prepare scope of work documents
  • Design solutions that meet customer needs and address specific pain points
