- US tax qualification such as CPA or EA.
- Experience in a managerial capacity or aspiring to be in one.
- Ability to manage a comprehensive client list.
- Ability to participate in Management Committee Meetings.
- Ability to advise clients in connection with their tax affairs.
- Ability to do department work planning, and guide junior team members.

- Make significant contributions to performance targets, aims, and objectives of the business.
- Participate in Management Committee Meetings.
