- 2-4 years experience in performance marketing or mobile user acquisition
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions
- Experience with acquisition channels driving revenue/user growth
- Experience working with distributed teams across geographies
- Direct experience with analytics and attribution solutions, exposure to data visualization and BI tools

- Responsible for planning, buying, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across channels
- Analyze effectiveness of campaigns, optimizing performance to meet KPIs
