Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree or competence in Usability Human Factors HCI Psychology or related field.
  • 1-2 years of User Experience design experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Strong knowledge of modern design and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to take ownership for self-development and stay current with UX design trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What the job involves

  • Lead small-scale projects or collaborate as part of a team under the guidance of senior UX roles.
  • Understand and advocate for client and end-user needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements user scenarios and use cases.
  • Create UX and design assets such as process flows site maps conceptual diagrams wireframes and mockups.
  • Present design concepts in a clear and organized manner.
  • Work with product stakeholders to understand product needs and priorities.
  • Participate in weekly design reviews and team meetings.
  • Evangelize user-centered design principles throughout the company.
