Day to day
- Lead small-scale projects or collaborate as part of a team under the guidance of senior UX roles.
- Understand and advocate for client and end-user needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements user scenarios and use cases.
- Create UX and design assets such as process flows site maps conceptual diagrams wireframes and mockups.
- Present design concepts in a clear and organized manner.
- Work with product stakeholders to understand product needs and priorities.
- Participate in weekly design reviews and team meetings.
- Evangelize user-centered design principles throughout the company.
