Remote User Experience Researcher Job in United States CompuGain

Who you are

• Proven experience as a User Experience Researcher or similar role, preferably in a remote setting
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, with a focus on usability testing and user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in tools such as UserZoom, Qualtrics, or equivalent for conducting remote research
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, or a related field
• Experience working in an Agile development environment

What the job involves

• Conduct user research using interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics
• Analyze research findings to uncover insights and opportunities
• Work closely with design and product teams to translate research insights into design recommendations
• Champion a user-centered design approach throughout the product development lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and prioritize research based on business goals and user needs
• Continuously monitor and evaluate product usability and user satisfaction through ongoing research activities
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to user experience research
