Remote User Experience Researcher Job in United States Stride, Inc.

Who you are

• Three years of industry experience in UX research, product research, or similar fields OR equivalent education and experience.
• Proven record of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of human-centered design and product research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in building surveys, synthesizing analytics, and conducting usability tests.
• Ability to pivot and adapt when necessary.
• Background check clearance.
• Microsoft proficiency (Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 5%.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.

Desirables

• Bachelor's degree or certification in relevant fields.
• Experience in the EdTech sector.
• Knowledge of EdTech market and trends.
• Understanding of GDPA, COPPA, and FERPA standards.
• Experience with Heap, Hotjar, Qualtrics, UserTesting.com, Figma.
