Reviewing content for editorial consistency and standards alignment
Provide UX writing support in a fast-paced environment
Provide editing support and give feedback to user experience writers
Comfortable collaborating with product and design teams in Figma
Work directly in design tools (Figma) to contribute and edit UX content
Identify needed customer touchpoints and create coherent content
Translate business requirements, product features, competitor analysis, and customer feedback into improved user experiences
Test designed flows with sample users
Understand and create user descriptions and scenarios for stakeholder review and development team handoffs
