Who you are

• 2+ years as industry UX Researcher or similar
• Design facilitate and moderate qualitative or mixed methods research
• Capable of rapid wave research with multiple projects simultaneously
• Well-versed in foundational generative evaluative and exploratory research
• Experienced with various research methodologies like interview survey thematic analysis and usability testing
• Own the research process end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Responsible for client communications maintaining a professional and collaborative relationship
• Strong slide deck building and presentation skills
• Research investigations on usability discoverability accessibility and concept testing
• Impeccable written verbal communication facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Experienced with Figma Miro and other digital tools
• Familiar with research and communication platforms like Google Meet Discuss.io UserTesting
• Team spirit strong communication skills and cross-disciplinary relationship development
• Strong problem-solving analytical skills and ability to translate user needs into design solutions
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Bachelor's Degree in UX Research or related field

What the job involves
