What the job involves
Helping B2C squads with research needs (setting up tests writing scripts planning product research analyzing results suggesting steps)
Running larger more specialized tests like diary studies
Managing monthly CRM survey and student forums
Sharing results using tools like Figma Slack Google Slides
Advocating for user voice across the business
Supporting initiatives to improve research practices
