Who you are

  • Possess 2-4 years of relevant experience in UX Research Design Research or Human Factors Engineering.
  • Hold a Bachelor's Master's or PhD in Psychology Human Factors HCI Anthropology or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency with qualitative or mixed-methods research and ability to execute both evaluative and generative studies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders.

  • Quantitative methods knowledge



What the job involves

  • Design and execute research studies using a variety of methods including usability testing in-depth interviews and diary studies.
  • Own the end-to-end research process within your domain including scoping recruiting participants data collection data synthesis and delivering findings.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify key research objectives and translate findings into actionable insights and strategic narratives through storytelling and reports.
