Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of full-time experience in VC growth equity PE investment banking or strategic finance
  • Led diligence on at least one closed deal
  • Ability to build financial models from scratch including cohort analyses LTV CAC scenario builds cap table waterfalls and dilution math
  • Strong writing skills for clear forwardable investment memos
  • Ability to distinguish primary sources from headlines
  • Comfort operating in a high-trust low-bureaucracy environment
  • Confidence presenting to accredited investors and operators
  • Ability to work at a fast pace without sacrificing quality

Day to day

  • Run deal processes end-to-end from initial screen through diligence memo IC presentation and SPV close alongside the Director of Investments
  • Review inbound opportunities and build proprietary pipeline across AI robotics longevity infrastructure and digital assets
  • Lead diligence financial modeling investment memos and IC preparation while coordinating legal execution and member-facing materials
