Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in good standing in at least one relevant jurisdiction
- 12 to 18+ years of legal experience with significant in-house or relevant private practice time

Day to day
- Lead legal support for a global AI and digital infrastructure platform, advising the executive team and Board across corporate, financing, real estate, power, construction, and commercial matters.
- Build the legal function from the ground up, creating templates, playbooks, governance processes, and an outside counsel panel while helping shape the future team.
- Negotiate complex transactions and manage risk across multi-jurisdiction projects, ensuring contracts are commercially sound, execution-ready, and aligned with rapid business growth.
