Requirements
- 15+ years in enterprise software with 7+ years leading presales or solutions engineering at scale
- Direct experience with Service Management AIOps or observability platforms
- Working knowledge of agentic AI concepts and enterprise IT applications
- Proven track record supporting deals of USD 1M+ ACV in regulated industries
- Demonstrated ability to scale global teams across North America EMEA and APAC
- Strong technical depth in cloud platforms Kubernetes and modern observability stacks
- Executive presence with C-suite stakeholders and experience presenting to boards or analyst firms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field advanced degree preferred

Day to day
- Lead the global Presales organization for BMC Helix and shape technical sales strategy across the portfolio.
- Own solution architecture and customer demonstrations that help drive revenue in Service Management AIOps and observability deals.
- Partner closely with Sales Product and Customer Success to convert pipeline into closed business and accelerate enterprise adoption.
