• Proven leadership skills with extensive experience in Total Rewards design and management.
• Proficiency in key regulatory frameworks like ERISA FLSA FMLA ADA ADAA COBRA OSHA HIPAA and Workers' Compensation.
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and People systems.
