Requirements
- Customer-facing sales experience in challenging environments
- Required automotive dealership experience in sales service F&I or BDC is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with technology dealership systems experience is a plus
- Experience with contracts compliance or documentation-heavy roles is a plus

Day to day
- Proactively assess and validate customer needs and expectations to deliver a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal support service and management resources to resolve issues and meet customer expectations smoothly.
- Lead document planning and performance tracking by developing objectives KPIs financial targets and milestones for each contract.
- Act as a dedicated customer advocate while representing the dealership technology and solutions in a polished professional manner.
