Requirements

- Understanding of governance principles and willingness to fulfil the duties and responsibilities of a trustee
Day to day
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance on financial matters to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organisation.
- Review and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, offering insights and recommendations to the Board.
- Work closely with the finance team to establish financial policies, procedures, and controls that align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Assist in fundraising efforts by leveraging your network and expertise to identify potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities.
- Monitor financial risks and opportunities, proactively addressing any issues that may arise to mitigate the impact on the organisation's operations.
