- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to maintain a consistent message and avoid content overlap
- Create internal communications to welcome new staff celebrate team members and keep followers engaged
- Assist with basic graphic design and monitor social media activity responding to comments or messages as needed
- Contribute ideas and strategies to grow community engagement reach and visibility
