- Qualified to act as Independent Examiner of Accruals Accounts under Charity Commission rules
- Experience with accruals accounting and financial management
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to oversee and correct Monthly Management Accounts and bank reconciliations

What the job involves
- Carry out remote Independent Examination of end of year accruals accounts for a small charity working with children with disabilities
- Ensure accounts are registered with the Charities Commission on time
- Oversee monthly management accounts prepared on a receipts and payments basis and reconciled to bank statements
- Work with volunteer Financial Controller to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist a charity that provides sensory drama experiences for children with a wide range of disabilities and learning difficulties
- Support via free videos for families unable to attend live theatre
