Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration (Or equivalent)
Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM and content marketing, Outdoor marketing and outreach
Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling marketing messages and collaborating with internal teams
Innovative thinking to develop unique and effective marketing campaigns
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven track record in marketing roles, with a progressive increase in responsibilities
Successful planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Experience in demonstrating return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives
Collaboration with sales, product development and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies
