- 12+ years in P&C insurance distribution agency partnerships MGA growth or related field
- 3–5 years in a leadership role managing high performing teams
- Proven track record of owning and growing GWP

- Strong cross functional collaboration with Underwriting Product Operations and Marketing

Day to day
