Requirements

15+ years of Enterprise Data Management experience
10+ years of consulting experience strongly preferred
7+ years of experience leading global teams
Practical experience with Snowflake and Databricks
Cloud architecture and implementation focused on Data Management
Experience in Data Architecture Data Engineering Data Governance/Quality or MDM
Experience with programming or scripting and performance optimization
In depth understanding of API constructs
Experience with Big Data best practices and Hadoop stack
Experience with streaming or messaging technologies
Understanding of ETL ELT CDC data warehousing data marts pipeline orchestration and enterprise scheduling
Strong SDLC knowledge including CI/CD data pipeline automation and deployment strategies
Experience working with business and IT functions across corporate cultures
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical and business concepts
Strong experience in interviewing and group facilitation
Expertise with AWS Azure Google Cloud Snowflake and Databricks
Ability to architect solutions based on customer requirements
Ability to travel for client engagements
Knowledge of agentic and generative AI patterns for Data Management
Ability to design secure governed auditable data architectures for AI agents
Experience with AI-enabled data quality metadata enrichment lineage discovery anomaly detection and pipeline remediation
Understanding of responsible AI practices including guardrails evaluation human review observability cost management and traceability
Ability to advise clients on AI readiness governance maturity data quality operating models and high-value use cases

Day to day

Lead enterprise data management solution design across architecture governance quality engineering analytics and visualization.
Partner with clients and internal teams to shape data strategies evaluate technologies and deliver measurable business value.
Oversee complex EDM projects guide technical teams and support presales growth through proposals estimates and client relationship management.
