Requirements

- Lead the university’s finance, financial aid, and administration functions as an integrated system that supports growth and mission delivery.
- Build rigorous financial models, multi-year scenario plans, and budget frameworks that guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.
- Develop and coach teams, strengthen operations, and ensure compliance, controls, and legal-administrative processes are effective and scalable.
