Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school with active bar membership in good standing
- 15+ years of legal experience with substantial high growth technology company background
- Deep SaaS commercial expertise including subscription agreements DPAs API and partner agreements
- Experience with AI ML product legal issues including data licensing privacy and automated decision making
- Corporate governance experience including Board Secretary or equivalent
- Strong executive presence and ability to simplify complex legal issues for business leaders

Day to day
- Own the legal function as a strategic business partner to the CFO Board and PE sponsor
- Build scalable AI enabled legal infrastructure for contract review policy drafting regulatory monitoring and legal operations
- Lead commercial contracting governance employment matters enterprise risk and exit readiness across a global fast growing business
