Requirements
- Proven experience as a VP of Sales managing complex sales cycles contract negotiation and high-value deals
- Experience as a VP Sales in a startup or high-growth technology company
- Ability to implement sales processes CRM discipline and performance frameworks
- Proven sales experience with government agencies airports or national security bodies in EMEA and APAC markets
- Experience in the Security Screening industry with understanding of X-Ray CT security systems
- Hands-on leader able to operate strategically and tactically
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent leadership communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales Marketing or Business

Day to day
- Lead and mentor international sales and pre-sales teams across EMEA and APAC markets
- Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to grow revenue and expand market share
- Build strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with key customers stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Drive structured sales processes pipeline development and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Customer Success and Product teams
