Requirements

  • Proven experience as a VP of Sales managing complex sales cycles contract negotiation and high-value deals
  • Experience as a VP Sales in a startup or high-growth technology company
  • Ability to implement sales processes CRM discipline and performance frameworks
  • Proven sales experience with government agencies airports or national security bodies in EMEA and APAC markets
  • Experience in the Security Screening industry with understanding of X-Ray CT security systems
  • Hands-on leader able to operate strategically and tactically
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent leadership communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales Marketing or Business

Day to day

  • Lead and mentor international sales and pre-sales teams across EMEA and APAC markets
  • Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to grow revenue and expand market share
  • Build strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with key customers stakeholders and regulatory bodies
  • Drive structured sales processes pipeline development and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Customer Success and Product teams
