Requirements
- University degree in science or engineering related to water purification
- 5+ years R&D experience in drinking water technologies
- 3+ years in developing drinking water products
- Expertise in at least one contaminant and technology for water purification
- Knowledge of technical requirements for drinking water
- Ability to innovate and scale new technologies to production
- Strong data interpretation and presentation skills
- Experience in managing team and plastic injection moulding
- Fluent in English and effective communication in a global environment

Day to day
- Design and develop innovative technologies for drinking water applications
- Implement new technologies into consumer goods products
- Enhance existing water products through technological improvements
- Support technical validation of new and existing products
- Plan and supervise R&D projects and pre-compliance testing
- Evaluate new technology and materials performance
- Work directly with customers on project implementations
- Develop best practice test protocols and methods
- Troubleshoot product performance issues and ensure lab safety
