Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in water-treatment related experience.
• At least 5+ years in business development within water reuse sectors.
• Commercial and technical experience with municipal clients; sector expertise in industries like Semiconductor/Microelectronics Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical is an asset.
• Strong understanding of water treatment technologies and industry standards.
• Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills; ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Build and nurture early-stage relationships with regional clients and stakeholders.
• Drive and execute strategies in line with organizational goals; improve project portfolios and explore new opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth areas.

• Collaborate with technical teams to build opportunity funnels and sustain leadership in water reuse.
