- 10+ years in water-treatment related experience.
- At least 5+ years in business development within water reuse sectors.
- Commercial and technical experience with municipal clients; sector expertise in industries like Semiconductor/Microelectronics Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical is an asset.
- Strong understanding of water treatment technologies and industry standards.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills; ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Day to day
- Build and nurture early-stage relationships with regional clients and stakeholders.
- Drive and execute strategies in line with organizational goals; improve project portfolios and explore new opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth areas.
- Develop and implement business development strategies; attend exhibitions and forums; deliver presentations and provide education at the regional level.
- Collaborate with technical teams to build opportunity funnels and sustain leadership in water reuse.
