Who you are
- Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or other relevant qualifications
- Experience delivering compliant and tailored financial advice to private clients
- Knowledge of the UK regulatory system, especially aspects pertinent to financial services
- Committed to professional development with regular CPD
- Self-disciplined, resilient, and commercially focused
- Understand and align with corporate objectives and client-centric values
- Effective team player recognizing the support teams' value in delivering great client outcomes
What the job involves
- Provide holistic and affordable financial planning to clients using Aviva and select whole-market products with a variety of fund solutions
- Participate in growth initiatives to position AFA as a go-to provider for financial planning within Aviva’s customer base
- Build relationships with clients using engaging communication to deliver trustworthy and client-focused advice
