Who you are

  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM, or compelling alternative path
  • Demonstrated drive and willingness to exceed expectations
  • Well-organized, self-starting, and able to deliver to schedule
  • Professional in interactions with colleagues, partners, and the community
  • Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JS
  • Fluent in TypeScript, React, or Flutter
  • Keen understanding of accessibility and performance
  • Proficient in professional written and spoken English
  • Experience with Linux, preferably Debian or Ubuntu
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and flexibility
  • Strong accountability, thoughtfulness, and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments
  • Availability to travel twice a year for company events up to two weeks each

Desirables

  • Experience with LXD, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Curious about all aspects of web development
  • Keen eye for user-centric UI development
  • Experience with systems programming or scalable web services
  • Knowledge in REST API design, development, and governance
  • Performance engineering and security experience
